The Fusion Party Menu page at Govindam Retreat names kitty parties among the events it was made for, at Rs 600 per person plus 5% GST. That gives a kitty party restaurant in Jaipur a clear starting price, with one catch most groups should know first: menu packages need at least 30 guests.

Which menu should a kitty party book at Govindam Retreat?
A group of 30 or more can book the fusion party menu at Rs 600 plus GST, or the Royal Rajasthani buffet at Rs 800 plus GST. A smaller kitty group can order the Rs 700 Rajasthani thali, which has no minimum. All food is vegetarian.

|---|---|---|---|
Under 30 | Rajasthani thali | Rs 700 | Rs 735 |

A kitty party, as Wikipedia's Kitty party article describes it, is a social event held as part of an informal savings club, usually organised by women and often held in the afternoon each month. The restaurant opens at 10 AM, so an afternoon slot works.
What food comes in the fusion party menu?
Guests choose a mint mojito or blue lagoon, then get hara bhara kabab and spring rolls as starters. Mains are pasta in red sauce, mixed veg, subz kofta curry, palak paneer and dal tadka, served with veg pulao, veg raita, naan, tawa roti, missi roti, lachha paratha and ice cream.
The pasta and spring rolls make it a lighter choice for an afternoon than a full Rajasthani meal. If the group would rather eat dal bati churma, the buffet has plain bati, masala bati, churma, gatte ki sabzi, paneer do pyaz and dal fry.
How much does a kitty party for 30 or 40 members cost?
On the fusion party menu, 30 members pay Rs 18,900 in total with GST and 40 members pay Rs 25,200. On the Royal Rajasthani buffet, 30 members pay Rs 25,200 and 40 members Rs 33,600. A 10% advance confirms the date.
Menu | 30 guests with GST | 40 guests with GST | 10% advance for 30 |
|---|---|---|---|
Fusion party menu | Rs 18,900 | Rs 25,200 | Rs 1,890 |
Royal Rajasthani buffet | Rs 25,200 | Rs 33,600 | Rs 2,520 |
Split evenly, that is Rs 630 a head on the fusion menu and Rs 840 on the buffet.
Can the kitty party have Jain or no onion garlic food?
Yes, if you tell the team in advance. The menu pages say Jain food, food without onion and garlic, less spicy food and allergy needs require prior intimation. Give the count of Jain plates when you book, so the rest of the group can still have the regular menu.
Where is the restaurant and how do we book?
Govindam Retreat is on the first floor above All Rajasthan Shilp Gram Udyog, Rajamal Ka Talab Road, near Govind Dev Ji Temple, Gangori Bazaar, Jaipur. The hall seats up to 180 guests and the restaurant is open daily from 10 AM to 11 PM.
